Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery of the goods in Germany will take place within 1-3 working days (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered to the extended EU country within 3 - 8 working days (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that increased order volume may currently cause delays. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

In hot temperatures, we advise against delivering parcels to packing stations.

Can the capsules also be opened (if you have difficulty swallowing)?

Generally yes, with exceptions. Do not open the capsules if the product FAQs advise otherwise.

How should the products be stored?

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light, and out of reach of small children. Store liquid products in the refrigerator after opening.

How long do your products last?

Between 1.5 and 2 years. The exact best-before date can be found on the packaging.

When will my desired product be available again?

We are very sorry that you cannot find the product you want at the moment.
Due to the current shortage of raw materials, some of our deliveries are unfortunately currently delayed, as some raw materials have become almost impossible to obtain since the crisis, and even if they are, delivery times are very long. We are doing our best to be able to offer all products again as quickly as possible. In addition, if the product has already been produced, we always conduct a laboratory analysis for active ingredients, harmful substances, and contamination, which may cause additional delays in delivery. Safety and quality are our top priority, which is why we do not want to shorten the process here in order to maintain our high standards.

Why is the effect of your products sometimes not explained?
